Initially, I came across a real estate ad from Martha and decided to make a switch from my previous agent, with whom the home search had been slow and disappointing. Martha confidently assured me that she would get results. At first, I was focused on finding a downtown condo until I encountered the high HOA fees, which shifted my search to a house closer to the city. However, finding the right home in the right location proved challenging. Life threw me some unexpected curveballs, and I had to put the search on hold. Through it all, Martha remained supportive, regularly sending me listings and checking in. Within a few weeks, we found my ideal home—a beautiful property with a pool, a mother-in-law suite, outdoor chimney, patio, French doors, a well-manicured yard on a corner lot, a Bose system throughout, and a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, hibachi grill, gas grill, compact fridge, sink, and in-cabinet trash, all under a well-lit gazebo. The entire process took over a year, yet Martha was patient and understanding, never once rushing me. Sometimes I’d spend just seconds inside a home before deciding it wasn’t right, and she always respected my instincts. Additionally, Martha reviewed every document the lender provided, inquired about interest rates, and even helped me find a lender with a more competitive rate than my credit unions. She also negotiated an allowance for minor repairs and kept me on track with all deadlines and paperwork. Her communication was timely and precise throughout the process. While we often hear that buying a home is all about "location, location, location," my journey was all about "feelings, feelings, feelings." This home instantly felt like it was meant to be mine. We had hired Real Estate agents previously but sadly we were not succesfull at selling either our house or the piece of land that we had. We did not even had customers to take a look at our house . But with Ms Moreno that changed with her we had plenty of customers making offers until we sold the lot and since we only wanted to sell either one we took the house out of the market. She helped maintain the property by regularly cleaning it and made sure the yard was being maintained.
